Dr. Ly’s laboratory focuses on understanding virus-host interactions in the replication and pathogenesis of zoonotic viral pathogens (arenaviruses such as Lassa virus, coronaviruses such as SARS-CoV-2, and influenza viruses) and developing novel preventative and treatment measures.
