Dr. Samuel Dudley received his MD/PhD degrees from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, Virginia. He completed his residency, postdoctoral fellowship and cardiology fellowship at the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
Research Summary
Our laboratory studies the effects of inflammation on the heart. Specifically, we believe that inflammation leads to heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and arrhythmias.
