Additional Information: During my free time, I enjoy analyzing psychological thrillers and getting lost in Greek mythology novels, particularly those written by Madeline Miller. As an undergraduate student, I spent three years involved in nuclear physics research, contributing to an NSF funded project development of a Next Generation Fast Neutron Detector. In addition to research, I gained valuable experience caring for patients in home healthcare, where I witnessed the importance of compassion and patient centered care firsthand. I also had the privilege of serving as a premed mentor at Virginia State University, supporting students as they navigated their academics and dream careers. Through research, patient care, and mentorship, I have grown a strong commitment to medicine and will become a physician one day.
